Fall is officially here (although the weather seems to still be thinking it’s summer… but hey, we’re not complaining)!
A few announcements this month. First, as Thanksgiving approaches and we reflect on all that we have to be thankful for, we will have a Tree of Thanks set up at the beginning of October. Add a leaf (note) of things you are thankful for.
October is Fire Prevention Month. We will be reviewing fire procedures with residents after our Town Hall on Tuesday, October 19, and we strongly encourage all residents to attend. We will also be having review sessions for our staff the same week.
Wednesday, October 13, the wellness department will be having a ERIK (Emergency Response Information Kit) presentation at 2:00 p.m. These kits are provided to our residents and should be updated regularly. We encourage all residents to attend.
The new fall/winter menu is set to begin Monday, October 4. We look forward to some new recipes and items.
As of November 1, 2021, ALL visitors (including staff, personal care and home care service providers, contractors, general visitors, etc.) will be required to provide our receptionist when entering Rotary Villas:
- photo ID &;
- proof of fully immunized status against COVID-19
OR
- a recent negative COVID test (within 48 hours)

Also, as of Public Health Orders on September 7, visitors and staff of Rotary Villas are required to wear a mask indoors and visitors joining residents for meals must show proof of double immunization against COVID-19.
