Trick-or-treaters will soon be out and about and we know there are many grandparents, aunts, and uncles that look forward to seeing their younger family members all dressed up for the occasion.  We have made some changes to our visitation schedule to ensure our residents can have a quick visit with their trick-or-treaters on October 31.

These special visits will occur in our Private Dining Room from 3 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.  Visits are scheduled on the half hour and will last 20 minutes in duration.  This allows 10 minutes to disinfect the visitation space.  This space can accommodate up to 4 visitors.

The following protocols are still in place for these visits:

  • Visitor(s) must pass the COVID-19 screening process
  • Visitor(s) must wear a mask AT ALL TIMES while in the facility (and therefore do not bring in food/drink for self-consumption)
  • Visitor(s) travel straight to the visitation area (PDR) without loitering in any common areas or other resident suites and avoids touching surfaces in the facility en route to the visitation area.
  • Physical distancing (6 feet/2 meters) is maintained during the visit.

To inquire about availability and book a time slot, please call reception at 204-725-1340.  Please note these special visits in the evening of October 31 are reserved for trick-or-treaters and their families.
