Starting November 1, 2021, ALL visitors (including staff, personal care & home care service providers, contractors, general visitors, etc.) will be required to provide to our receptionist when entering:
- photo ID &;
- proof of fully immunized status against COVID-19
or
- a recent negative COVID test (within 48 hours)
