All residents of Rotary Villas and the senior public are encouraged
to attend our events. Make new friends, get active and have fun!
All events are FREE
Monday, September 25th: Bridge 2:00pm – 4:00pm
Since the 1930s, Bridge has been one of the most popular card games in the world.
Tuesday, September 26th: Group Walk 2:00pm – 4:00pm
Walking can reduce many health risks and is a good stress reliever. After our walk there will be Hot chocolate and Apple cider.
Wednesday, September 27th: Laughter Yoga 9:00am – 10:00am
What starts as forced laughter becomes real and contagious laughter, and laughter is the best medicine! To be followed by coffee and healthy treats
Thursday, September 28th: Indoor Curling Bonspiel 2:00pm – 4:00pm
Floor Curling is great for increased flexibility, range of motion and circulation. There also isn’t the risk of slippery ice or bending down.
Friday, September 29th: Free Come & Go Healthy Breakfast 9:00am – 10:00am
That’s right we said free! An important part of staying active is fueling your body with the right foods for energy.
